I feel when you drink

Four young people between the ages of 13 and 17 who are affected by and living with a parent who struggles with their alcohol use created this book. This book is mainly for parents who struggle with their alcohol use with the hope that this book will help parents understand how children feel when they are drinking and that it will help them realise the effect that their drinking has on their relationship.
